El Futbol Loco (The Crazy Football) is an evil squeaky-voiced 6-year-old Mexican soccer player who first and only appeared in "Thrills And Skills". He challenges Rikochet in a soccer game. He now becomes a famous cabaret singer and a guitarist. Voiced by Grey DeLisle in speaking vocals and Gabe Khouth in singing vocals.
